The NHA and Theatre Workshop of Nantucket (TWN) are pleased to present a reading of Reginald Rose’s iconic courtroom drama, Twelve Angry Men.

Beyond the shadow of a doubt: One lone jury raises this question and creates one of the most compelling drama’s to ever walk upon the stage. Twelve Angry Men centers on the deliberation of a jury over a homicide trial. At the top, all jurors are in agreement of guilty verdict until one lone member murmurs the question of reasonable doubt. Originally produced for television in 1954, re-written for the stage in 1955 and produced as a film in 1957, Twelve Angry Men is as relevant today as ever as a courtroom drama that explores the repercussions of our decisions in life, and death.
