Join archivist Gioia Dimock as she discusses her new book Images of America: Whaling in Massachusetts for the Arcadia Publishing and the History Press series.
Through historic prints, paintings, photographs, and documents, Dimock explores the whaling industry that boomed throughout the coastal region of Massachusetts during the 18th and 19th centuries.

Gioia Dimock has worked as an archivist and consultant for the Bourne Town Archives and as a member of the Bourne Historical Commission for many years. She is also the author of Images of America: Bourne.
